Sunil DSouza is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Dell since November 2009, Sunil leads a global team of over 30 developers on critical enterprise projects, focusing on operational efficiencies and skills development. Prior to this role, Sunil was a Platform Software Engineer II at Dell where responsibilities included coding for the PowerEdge M1000e product and leading teams through firmware releases. Sunil's career began as a Software Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices, contributing to the development of a proprietary Linux-based UI framework. Sunil also has a background in marketing analysis from Reliance Industries Limited. Academically, Sunil holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai.
