Tom Billingsley

Tom Billingsley has extensive experience in program and project management, primarily within Dell and its associated entities. From 2000 to 2007, Tom served as the Global Enterprise Services Program Manager, overseeing global service readiness for multiple enterprise product launches. Following this role, Tom held various positions, including M&A Integration Program Manager and Global Program Management Consultant, where responsibilities included managing service training integration and leading global projects for a substantial training organization. Tom also functioned as a Business Process Engineer and New Product Manager, designing and documenting processes for the Global Learning and Development organization. After a brief entrepreneurial venture as the CEO of One Sun Energy Solutions LLC, Tom returned to Dell Technologies, currently working in Technical Program Management for Global Network Services. Tom's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Electronic Theory and Computer Science from the Southwest Institute of Technology and a Python certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
