Tom Eaton

Tom Eaton has extensive experience in technology and operations, primarily with Dell Technologies from October 1997 to September 2022. In roles such as Sr. Director of Global Enterprise Integration Services and Sr. Director of Global Configuration Services, Tom led global teams in enterprise hardware integration, supply chain solutions, and partner enablement strategies. Previous positions include Director of Operations for Global Technical Account Management and Director of Americas Field Services, where Tom significantly improved customer satisfaction and streamlined service operations.
