Tom Kearns

Tom Kearns is a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Integration at Dell, where they currently focus on developing and implementing cost synergies following the Dell/EMC merger. They have a rich history in finance and operations, having previously held leadership roles at Avaya, where they improved financial team morale and forged partnerships that drove significant cost reductions.
