Tom Ragland

Tom Ragland is currently involved in business development and integration at DELL, where they focus on fostering growth through strategic partnerships and market analysis. With prior experience as the CEO and President of TRR Group, Tom has advised various government entities and companies on strategic planning and growth. They served as VP for Business Development at QinetiQ-NA, where they developed corporate strategies for diversification within the Department of Homeland Security. Tom has also held senior roles at SAIC and CACI International Inc, driving significant contract growth within the homeland security sector. Educated at the University of California, San Diego School of Law and Tufts University, Tom holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master’s in International Security Studies.
