Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at EMC since 2010, Tom launched multiple agile teams to develop innovative converged infrastructure products and has spearheaded process development and project forecasting. Prior roles include Director of Service Operations at Nokia Siemens Networks, where Tom managed an international support team, and Director of Technical Services at Siemens Network Convergence, where integration of global support teams was achieved. Tom's earlier experience encompasses leadership positions in customer support and technical sales support, as well as program management at Telco Systems, where workflow efficiencies were optimized across R&D teams. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
