Tracy Shih

Tracy Shih is a seasoned product management leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships and program management. Currently, Tracy serves as the Commercial Desktop Product Management Leader at Dell Technologies, focusing on product strategy and user satisfaction while driving business growth. Previously, Tracy held various roles at RadioShack, where oversight of private brand revenue was achieved, and experience in both merchandising and product management was gained. Tracy also led business development efforts at Avegant Corp., securing strategic partnerships and facilitating growth in the Taiwanese and Chinese markets. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from McGill University and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from Cornell University.
