Troy Lowe is a Senior Program and Technology Leader with over 15 years of experience in driving enterprise-scale initiatives at the intersection of digital transformation and Agile delivery. Previously, Troy held management roles at Dell EMC and EMC, where they led large-scale teams and initiatives, optimizing processes and enhancing project delivery.
