TS Koay has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in infrastructure operations and service delivery. At Dell Technologies, TS Koay served as Managing Director for Dell Technologies Malaysia and held other senior roles including Senior Director and IT Director, where responsibilities included driving global infrastructure operation transformation and managing cloud infrastructure service delivery. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager at Hewlett-Packard, overseeing global IT outsourcing and account management, and an IT Manager role at Intel Corporation focused on application development. TS Koay holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and completed the Government Affairs Training for Executives Program through the American Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia.
