Vanice Hayes

Vanice Hayes is the Chief People, Culture & Inclusion Officer at Dell Technologies, where they focus on fostering an inclusive workplace that promotes skill development and team member engagement. Previously, Vanice served as the Chief Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Vice President of Learning and Development, where they implemented strategies for workforce transformation and continuous learning. Their earlier roles at Dell included Sales Organizational Development Strategist and various sales enablement positions, demonstrating a commitment to aligning learning solutions with business objectives. Vanice began their career as a math teacher, where they supported at-risk students through innovative educational programs. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Education Administration at Texas State University.
