Vince Thyng is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in support and development across multiple companies. Starting as a Technical Support Engineer at Keane from September 1995 to September 1996, Vince progressed to a Software Engineer role at iBroadcast from July 1998 to August 2001, developing a Java-based JPEG push player for browsers. From November 2001 to October 2006, Vince contributed as a Support and Software Engineer at FileNet, focusing on configuration management and server support. At IBM, from March 2013 to September 2016, Vince served as a Lead Software Engineer, managing source code security requirements and expanding the user base significantly. Vince has been with Dell Technologies since September 2016, first as a Senior Software Engineer and currently as a Principal Software Engineer, supporting Isilon software development with tools and automation.
