Wayne Bourland

Wayne Bourland is a Senior Consultant in Translation Strategy at Dell Technologies, where they are currently responsible for leading the transition to an Agentic Translation model. Previously, Wayne held various roles at Dell, including Senior Translation Manager and Director of Translation, overseeing translation services and strategies. They also served as a Legal NCO in the US Army, focusing on contract and employment law. Wayne's industry involvement extends to the TAUS advisory board and the RWS Customer Advisory Council, and they have contributed to publications such as Multilingual magazine and the Localization Strategy Playbook. Wayne earned an ABA in Business Administration and Management from Austin Community College.
