Wayne Griffith

Wayne Griffith is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in program and project management within leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Program Director at Dell Technologies since August 2021, Wayne develops and executes operational strategic plans for the Telecommunications Systems Business. Prior to this role, Wayne has been with Nokia since November 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing AT&T's 4G and 5G mobile network programs as a Senior Technical Program Manager and directing mobile network product assessments as a Network Performance Program Manager. With previous positions at Alcatel-Lucent and Lucent Technologies, Wayne has demonstrated expertise in performance analysis, software development, and team leadership. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science from Florida International University.
