Weili Ma is currently the Head of Strategy and Operations at Dell, where they leverage over 15 years of industry and management consulting experience across the U.S. and China. They have led strategy development and operational improvement initiatives for clients in high tech, energy, automotive, and financial services sectors. Prior to Dell, Weili served as a Director at Accenture Greater China and held the position of Senior Associate at A.T. Kearney, focusing on strategy consulting within automotive, logistics, and consumer goods.
