Wesley Chang

Wesley Chang is the Director of Engineering Technologist at Dell, with extensive experience in engineering management and wireless technology. They have held various leadership positions, including Chief RF Engineer at Auden Techno Corp, where they managed a team of 15 engineers and developed numerous antenna solutions for mobile devices. A specialist in RF and antenna design, Wesley holds over 20 patents across the U.S., Taiwan, China, and Korea, reflecting their innovative contributions to wireless systems. They earned a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
