Thera Pals

Thera Pals has extensive experience in software development and management, currently serving as Software Manager at Delmic since January 2019, where previous roles included Software Developer and Software Team Lead. Prior to Delmic, Thera Pals worked as a Scientific Software Developer at Clinical Graphics B.V. from February 2017 to January 2019. Thera Pals began the academic journey in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Medical Physics at TU Delft, obtaining a Master's Degree in 2016 after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at the same institution in 2014. Additionally, Thera Pals participated in the Fulbright Campus Scholarship Program at Augustana College in 2007-2008 and completed high school at Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum in 2007.
