Aline Silva

Aline Silva is a project management professional with a diverse background in administrative and financial roles. Aline began as an Estagiária at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where responsibilities included asset divestment project follow-ups and inventory control. Aline then worked as an Assistente Administrativo Financeiro at Minas Flor, managing HR functions and payroll. Transitioning to project management, Aline served as Líder de Projetos at Escola DNC, focusing on continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Scrum methodologies. Aline later returned to BTA as an Assistente de Projetos, supporting cultural and leadership initiatives. Currently, Aline is a PMO Operacional and Analista de Projetos at Deloitte, overseeing project scope and timelines.
