Amanda Schultz is a seasoned PMO leader with extensive experience in program and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Deloitte, Amanda leads major projects within the Innovation, Data & Analytics team, establishing governance models and managing the full project lifecycle. Previously, they played pivotal roles at Bench Accounting, where they developed a PMO function and enhanced project delivery through agile methodologies, as well as at Align Production Health, where they transformed a startup into a $7M revenue-generating business within six months. Amanda holds a Part-Time Studies in Project Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and an Associate of Arts in Political Sciences from Capilano University.
