Amy Chen

Amy (Xin) Chen is currently a Bachelor of Science in Accounting student at Santa Clara University, where they also pursue a minor in Japanese Studies. With experience in auditing, marketing, administration, customer service, and event planning, they have held various roles at Deloitte, including Accounting & Reporting Advisory Manager and Senior. Previously, they contributed to the LEAD Week program at Santa Clara University, supporting first-generation college students, and worked as a Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative Fellow at Cristo Rey San José High School. Amy finds fulfillment in helping others and thrives in collaborative environments while enjoying cooking, reading, and learning new languages.
