Andy Ferris

Andy Ferris is the Managing Director in the life insurance consulting practice of Deloitte, specializing in product, risk management, and operational excellence for life insurance companies. With over 25 years in the industry, they have held various roles, including management consultant and actuary at multiple life insurance firms. Andy currently leads Deloitte's new business & underwriting practice, enhancing digital customer experiences while ensuring effective risk management and regulatory compliance. They also serve as the chief actuary for the life insurance and annuities practice, maintaining high standards across actuarial methods. Throughout their career, Andy has been elected to the board of directors of prominent actuarial organizations, including the Society of Actuaries and the American Academy of Actuaries.
