Andy Heath

Andy Heath is a People & Purpose professional currently serving as the People & Purpose Director for Deloitte in the Middle East, where they focus on enhancing employee experience and overseeing significant organizational growth. Previously, Andy held various roles at Aon, including Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Performance, and served as Director of Organisational Development at the Special Projects Office of HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein. With early career experiences at Buro Happold and Nabarro LLP, Andy developed a solid foundation in human resources, complemented by a BA in Business Studies & Applied Social Sciences and an MSc in Human Resource Management.
