Benjamin Lo

Benjamin Lo has a robust background in the field of data science and experience in customer service. As a Pharmacy Assistant at Chemist Warehouse from January 2018 to October 2023, Benjamin provided exceptional customer service and efficiently managed stock and transactions. Following this role, Benjamin advanced to Deloitte, serving as a Consultant in Strategy, Risk & Transactions and previously as a Vacationer in Risk Advisory, where extensive use of SQL and Excel facilitated the extraction of insights for clients’ regulatory strategies. Benjamin engaged in the delivery of regulatory reporting tables and conducted data quality analysis to support accurate data management. Currently pursuing a Master of Data Science at the University of Melbourne, Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from the same institution and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Suzanne Cory High School.
