Brian Patterson

Brian Patterson is a seasoned Risk, Governance, and Tax Consultant with extensive experience in the tax and risk management sectors. Beginning their career at AA&Co in 1977, they transitioned to C&L before dedicating over 20 years to tax roles. In 2004, Brian took on the Australian and Aspac tax risk role at PwC, later moving to KPMG and then Deloitte, where they became a Principal in National Tax Quality & Risk. Currently, they are on a career break after retiring from Deloitte in March 2017, with plans to engage in part-time consulting. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, where they majored in Economics, Accounting, and Commercial Law.
