Previously, they worked at IBM from 2018 to 2020 as a Managing Consultant in HR Transformation, leading time and attendance process initiatives for large organizations across various industries. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Consultant, also focusing on HR transformations, including SuccessFactors implementations. Cameron is pursuing a degree in International Finance at The University of Western Ontario.
