Cara Chan, MIRHR, CHRP, is a Senior Manager in Talent Advisory at Deloitte Canada. They began their career in human resources as an intern at Sephora and gained experience in various roles at the University of Waterloo, including Facilitator and Career Advisor Assistant. They progressed through HR positions at Rogers Communications and CGI, ultimately joining Deloitte, where they have held several key roles, including Senior Specialist and Manager. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto.
