Carnell Smith

Carnell Smith, CGFM, CISA, has extensive experience in financial management and consulting, having worked in various prestigious roles since 2005. Smith began as a Financial Management Analyst at GSA and then advanced to positions of increasing responsibility at Deloitte and Touche, LLP, where roles included Senior Consultant and Manager from January 2007 to September 2017. Subsequent positions included Management Consulting at Guidehouse from November 2019 to September 2021, and Senior Consultant roles at Grant Thornton LLP and Deloitte. Smith holds multiple degrees from North Carolina State University, including a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems, and a Master's in Accounting.
