Timothy Carpenter is a Partner at Deloitte Tax LLP, where they have been serving since 1997. Currently, Timothy is the Chief Tax Officer for the Deloitte US Firms, focusing on tax strategy related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory and partner reporting requirements. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Timothy previously led Deloitte’s Financial Services Industry practice in Boston, serving clients nationwide. They have also held various leadership roles within the firm, including National Passthroughs Competency Leader and member of the Private Equity Steering Committee.
