Carter Small

Carter Small is a Manager in IT Managed Services within OperateNext at Deloitte Canada, where they lead engagements to provide continuous value to clients. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Carter co-founded Vaxtech, a social enterprise focused on vaccine education in developing countries. Their past experiences include serving as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Canadian Safe Boating Council and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Énergie NB Power, as well as holding the position of Chapter President for Engineers Without Borders Canada. Carter began their career as a Lifeguard for the City of Fredericton.
