Casey Zanowicz has over a decade of experience focusing on employee engagement, communications, and learning development in the tech industry. At Southwest Airlines from 2018 to 2021, they served as an Internal Communications Specialist, overseeing engagement and communications for 20,000 airport employees. Currently, as the Tech Talent Program Lead at Deloitte, Casey leads initiatives to enhance employee experience and upskill talent in emerging technology domains.
