With over ten years of experience in infrastructure strategy and economics, Cindy has directed and delivered complex projects across Australia, integrating urban development and transport investment. Previously, Cindy has held roles at PwC Australia, KPMG, and Scyne Advisory, honing their expertise in project management and economic analysis.
