David Lyons

David Lyons is a Tax Partner at Deloitte, specializing in M&A tax with a focus on infrastructure and large private equity transactions. They lead the Deloitte Cambridge financial investors M&A tax team, which comprises over 350 tax professionals advising clients on various elements of financial dealings. David previously held the position of Director at Deloitte, focusing on corporate tax from 2013 to 2018. They earned a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, graduating with first-class honors. David attended Victoria College in Jersey from 1991 to 1998.
