Dawn Strobert

Dawn Strobert is a communications and change management leader with expertise in systems implementations and organizational transformation. They have held various roles, including Sr. Employee Communications Analyst at ON Semiconductor and Internal Communications Strategist at Swift Transportation, where they developed internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement. Dawn currently serves as a Communication and Change Senior Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on leading communications efforts for client organizational transformations. Additionally, they have extensive experience in digital transformation initiatives, notably with Workday and ServiceNow implementations, and have worked with a diverse range of clients throughout their career.
