Derek Krouch is a Senior Manager in the AI/Engineering group at Deloitte, focusing on financial services, payments, and insurance. With extensive experience in project and program management, operating model strategy, and data center transformations, Derek has worked across various industries including retail and telecom. Prior to their current role, Derek held positions at Deloitte as a Manager and Consultant, where they drove technology strategy and business transformation initiatives. Derek graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and previously interned at Target Corporation.
