Ed Rial

Ed Rial is a retired principal at Deloitte, where they amassed over 30 years of experience in conducting fraud and corruption investigations, due diligence assignments, and compliance reviews across multiple continents. Ed led Deloitte's Americas Financial Advisory practice, overseeing services in Forensic, M&A, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Valuation & Modeling. Prior to their tenure at Deloitte, Ed served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York from 1989 to 1997. Ed holds a JD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, earned in 1984.
