Eli Charney is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and strategic human resources. They served as an Employee Relations Consultant at Canadian Tire from 2014 to 2015, providing support to over 50 stores across Canada and leading employee investigations. Eli participated in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE from 2016 to 2018, where they contributed to the establishment of the "Brilliant Factory" in Welland, Ontario. They currently hold the position of Sr Future of Work Consultant at Deloitte since 2025. Eli earned a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Rabbinical College of America and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Ryerson University.
