Starting as a Proposal/Technical Writer at Healthcare Research Systems from 1994 to 1998, Eric advanced to Marketing Manager at National Research Corporation from 1998 to 2000. Following a role as Proposal Developer at USinternetworking from 2000 to 2002, Eric joined Deloitte, where progression to Pursuit Manager occurred from 2002 to 2009, eventually rising to Senior Manager, a position held since 2009. Eric holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in English from Kent State University, completed between 1987 and 1994.
