Fernando Chero

Fernando Chero, MHA, has a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, compensation design and management, and people analytics. Previously, they served as a Cardiology Readmissions Analyst at USF Health and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the South Florida College of Public Health. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they provide expertise in the development and implementation of HRT projects for corporate clients. Fernando earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Florida and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the same institution.
