Ferne Sofio is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they lead teams in Change Management and Business Readiness. With a rich background in leadership roles across various organizations, Ferne has previously served as a Director of Marketing at Paster Enterprises, an Adjunct Instructor at Rasmussen College, and a Training & Development Business Consultant for the State of Minnesota. Their experience includes working as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Xcel Energy, as well as developing programs and counseling at YWCA Minneapolis.
