With past experience at renowned organizations such as the Bank of England, PwC, and Merrill Lynch, Basing has developed expertise in liquidity management, operational continuity, and prudential regulation. Basing's career includes roles ranging from Treasury Dealer to Manager, showcasing a strong background in financial operations and regulatory compliance. They hold qualifications as an AMCT qualified treasurer and served as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan earlier in their career. Henry is currently pursuing education at Westminster School in London.
