Jaydeep (Jay) B. is a passionate advocate for change with expertise in digital, behavioral, and cultural transformations. They participated in the Teach First Leadership Development Programme and served on the Teach First West Midlands Teacher Network Committee from 2020 to 2022. Previously, Jay completed the Uprising Leadership programme in 2018-2019, where they co-created an impactful mental health campaign. Currently, they are positioned as a Senior Consultant in Change Management at Deloitte, progressing from roles as a Consultant and Human Capital Consultant following a Summer Vacation Scheme at the firm. Jay holds a Postgraduate Degree from Birmingham City University and a BSc in Neuroscience from Cardiff University.
