John Gower

John Gower is the National Workday Alliance Lead Partner at Deloitte, where they oversee successful Workday implementations across various client sectors, including HR, Finance, Planning, Payroll, and Sourcing. With over 20 years of experience in the ERP and Cloud sectors, John has worked with diverse clients in Financial Services, Higher Education, Public Sector, and Industrials. Previously, they held key positions at organizations such as Lehman Brothers, PwC, IBM Australia, EY, and ANZ, leading significant HR transformation initiatives. John earned a B.Bus in Accountancy from QUT and a Diploma of HR from Monash University, along with certifications in the CPA Program and Project Management.
