Joy Gu

Joy Gu is a Senior Data Scientist specializing in computer vision at Deloitte, where they develop rapid prototypes for innovative solutions. They previously held positions as a Data Scientist and ML Engineer at Deloitte, and contributed as a Systems Engineer and Associate Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they were involved in significant projects related to space systems. Joy began their academic journey at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mathematics and Statistics, followed by a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. Their diverse experience also includes teaching roles and student mentorship at UC Berkeley.
