Julia Schaefer

Julia Schaefer is currently the Recruitment Manager for Tax & Legal at Deloitte Nederland, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Julia served as a Teamlead in the Recruitment Coordination Team and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Deloitte from 2019 to 2022. They have experience in HR consultancy from working at De Leystroom between 2014 and 2017 and also completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Avans Hogeschool Breda from 2010 to 2014. Julia has furthered their education with a post-hbo degree in Labour Law from Avans Plus from 2016 to 2017.
