Katherine Cooley

Katherine Cooley, MPA, currently serves as a Manager at Deloitte, where they specialize in Grants Management and assist government clients with disaster recovery funding. Prior to this role, they spent 15 years at the City of Citrus Heights, culminating as Assistant to the City Manager, where they led significant initiatives including a multi-pronged response to homelessness and the city’s transition to district-based elections. Katherine also holds the position of Adjunct Instructor at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, mentoring mid-career public administration students. They earned their Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Westmont College.
