Kyle Forrest is the U.S. Future of HR leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where they collaborate with HR and business leaders to shape the future of the HR function. They serve as a board member for Ready, Set, Read!, supporting socio-economically underserved families in the Los Angeles area. Kyle earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they held various leadership roles, including VP of Social Events and Director of Speaking Competitions. Their extensive experience includes advising clients on enterprise transformations and managing significant M&A activities globally.
