Layal Debbas

Layal Debbas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and requirement analysis, particularly in high-stakes environments. During tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton from February 2016 to March 2021, Layal served in various roles, ultimately as a Lead Associate, where responsibilities included acting as Product Owner for a nationwide response web-based system, and leading requirement analysis for various systems, including claims and pension premium accounting systems. Key achievements involved managing requirement documentations, facilitating Change Control Board meetings, and spearheading the elicitation of non-functional requirements across multiple projects. Currently, Layal holds the position of Manager at Deloitte. Academic credentials include an M.S. in Management from ESA Business School and a BS in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
