Lyn Messner

Lyn Messner is an independent consultant specializing in organizational strengthening, strategic planning, and training design, focusing on gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response. Currently, they provide technical and organizational support to the Millennium Challenge Corporation while also collaborating with various organizations to enhance gender integration in development programs. With a diverse background that includes roles at Mercy Corps and PATH, Lyn has a strong history of developing tools and strategies for meaningful engagement in gender issues across multiple sectors. They hold a dual BA in Biology and Sociology/Anthropology from Knox College and an MA in Development Anthropology from The George Washington University.
