Manon Bert

Manon Bert has diverse experience in recruitment and employer branding across several prominent companies. At Safran from September 2018 to February 2019, Manon focused on establishing school relations and deploying HR communication tools to enhance the employer brand. Afterward, at ALTEN from September 2019 to August 2020, responsibilities included candidate qualification and managing school relations, particularly with the University of Strasbourg. Manon then joined Capgemini Engineering as a recruitment specialist in the Telecommunications and Media division from January to September 2021, overseeing candidate sourcing and pre-qualifications. Currently, at Deloitte since September 2021, Manon manages campus relations, organizes events, and leads recruitment strategy while also overseeing interns. Manon holds a Master’s degree from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Grande Ecole degree from Ecole de Management Strasbourg, along with a DUT in commercial techniques and a Baccalauréat focusing on Human Resources and Communication.
