Marcel Beatch, P. Tech (eng.), is a strategic operations and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation in the Energy, Resources, and Industrial sectors. They have a proven track record of managing high-impact initiatives, optimizing performance, and delivering corporate value. Currently, Marcel serves as the Eco-System Manager at Deloitte Greenhouse’s Discovery Zone for the Prairies, where they focus on bridging innovative solutions with real-world applications in the Energy and Resources sector. Previously, Marcel held various leadership roles, including Project Lead at Ferus LNG Inc. and Integrated Operations Lead at PETRONAS Canada, where they led impactful projects and initiatives. They hold a diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology and degrees in Business Management from NAIT and Red Deer College.
