Margot MATHIEU

Margot MATHIEU is an accomplished professional with a strong background in environmental engineering, agro-food systems, and sustainable development. With experience as a project coordinator at Virlanie Foundation, Margot implemented a sustainable agricultural project aimed at food self-sufficiency. Previous roles include versatile technician positions at GAEC Ferme des Cabriolets and Little Black Hill farm, and a project manager for solidary partnerships at Banque Alimentaire de Toulouse.
